Two weeks, three touchpoints, and a method refined across hundreds of coaching hours. We build an honest picture of how you eat, then make a small number of precise changes that fit the life you actually lead.
Step 1 - Day 1 - Onboarding call
We map your goals, your routine and the realities of your week, then set up the simplest way for you to capture how you currently eat.
Step 2 - Week 1 - Your baseline
You record a week of eating, exactly as it is. No changes yet. This is the honest picture everything else is built on.
Step 3 - Start of week 2 - Assessment and plan
I review your week in detail and deliver clear, personal feedback by call or video, with a focused set of changes to put into practice.
Step 4 - End of week 2 - Review and direction
A final call to look at what shifted, what worked, and exactly where to take it from here so the progress holds.
