How does the coaching work?
You get a personalised training and nutrition plan built around your schedule. We adjust it weekly based on your shifts, energy, and workload. You get ongoing support, check-ins, and guidance to make sure you actually stick to it — even when life gets busy.
I work nights/on-calls/long shifts — will this still work?
Yes. Our coaching is built specifically for you and we have a huge amount of experience in supporting healthcare workers. We design routines that work around unpredictable rotas, fatigue, long days, and decision fatigue. You don’t need perfect weeks to make progress.
Do I need a gym?
No. We tailor our programming to what you have available. It could be:

Gym sessions
A hybrid approach
You choose what fits your lifestyle — I design the plan around your reality.
How much time do I need each week?
Most clients train 2–4 times per week with sessions that last 30–45 minutes. The goal is consistency, not volume.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. Most of my clients are not advanced lifters. Many are restarting after years of stop–start routines. The plan is tailored to your experience and abilities.
What results can I expect?
Common outcomes include:

Do I have to track calories?
Not necessarily. Some clients do, many don’t. We can use simple, sustainable methods like meal structure, protein-first habits, portion guidelines and flexible routines.
How long do people usually work with you?
Most clients stay 4–12 months depending on their goals. Some stay longer because they like the structure and accountability.
How much does it cost?
Coaching starts from £200–£300 per month depending on the support level. This includes training, nutrition, check-ins, adjustments, messaging support, and ongoing guidance. You can also pay up front for blocks of training for discounts.
